Edible Glitter & Pearl Pigment for Beer & Brewery

Limited-release sparkle for craft brews — fine-cut food-grade pearl engineered for low haze, CO₂-friendly suspension and clean pour.

For beer decoration use a fine-cut food-grade pearl pigment: directional ranges below 20 µm keep haze low while still catching light in the glass. Our food-grade pearl pigment offers a pearlescent decorative alternative to titanium-dioxide (E171)-based matte white in decorative formats, and packaging has passed SGS testing against EU PPWR. FDA / Kosher compliant; supporting documents available on request. Free 5-10 g samples ship in 3 working days.

Sparkle Without the Haze

Craft breweries and taprooms increasingly ship limited glitter editions — festival ales, anniversary pours, collab cans — where the shimmer is the story. Beer is harder on decoration than wine: carbonation keeps particles moving, hops add polyphenols, and serve temperatures swing from cold-stored to cellar-warm.

The answer is cut selection and honest positioning. Fine grades below roughly 20 µm (directional) read as a bright, low-haze shimmer; coarser 30-80 µm cuts are better reserved for rim and glass-wall decoration applied at serve, not pre-mixed into the keg. We help you pick the grade and dosage for your style — lager, IPA or stout — before you commit a production run.

Beer & Edible Glitter — FAQ

Haze comes mainly from coarse cuts and over-dosing. A fine grade (directional range below 20 µm) at 0.01-0.05% by weight reads as a bright shimmer rather than turbidity; we recommend bench-testing the exact grade in your style before the production run.

Yes. The food-grade pearl is an insoluble mica-based decoration: it does not dissolve, does not bind hop polyphenols, and stays stable under carbonation and in the alcohol range of standard and strong brews.

Below 20 µm (directional) for in-glass shimmer, 10-40 µm for in-bottle decorative suspension, and 30-80 µm only for glass-wall or foam decoration applied at serve. The product manual's grade-specific distribution is the single source of truth.

Choose a fine cut, dose low, and position the effect honestly: a decorative settle is normal and expected in glitter editions. Our anti-caking treatment keeps the powder free-flowing in dosing equipment, so distribution into the line stays even.

Grades are FDA / Kosher compliant; supporting documents available on request, and Halal-compliant (statement of conformity available). Packaging has passed SGS testing against EU PPWR. Intended for decorative food use; confirm your local food-regulation category before launch.

Our food-grade pearl pigment offers a pearlescent decorative alternative to titanium-dioxide (E171)-based matte white in decorative formats. Both a TiO₂-Free (E171-free) route and a standard TiO₂-coated mica route are available, by model — tell us your market and we match the grade.
