Our factory is located in Hangzhou near Shanghai with convenient transportation access. We own a GMP workshop and have passed the certification of FDA, Kosher, ISO 9001 and more.
With over two decades of experience, we have developed more than 1000 kinds of extraordinary colors — a one-stop solution from design to finished goods, applicable to food, ceramics, plastics, cosmetics and furniture.
Our pearlescent pigments are produced by depositing precisely engineered metal-oxide layers onto mica or synthetic platelet substrates. Controlling coating thickness and uniformity is what delivers consistent, batch-stable interference colors — the same principle behind silver-white, gold, rainbow and chameleon series.
High-whiteness mica, synthetic mica or glass platelets are screened for uniform thickness and low impurity to form a clean, reflective base.
Metal oxides (TiO₂, Fe₂O₃, SnO₂) are deposited in controlled thin layers via hydrolysis / PVD — the layer thickness sets the interference color.
Spray and air classification sort particles into target size bands (10–200 µm) for smooth, even application across processes.
Every batch is tested for heavy metals, particle size and color, then released under GMP with FDA / Kosher / ISO 9001 documentation.
